I’ve been watching The Adventures of Brisco County Jr the past few nights and, after checking the interweb to see what people in the show are up to nowadays, I was shocked and deeply saddened to discover that the fabulous Julius Carry, the incomparable Lord Bowler, passed away recently.
Aside from portraying Bowler he was probably most well know for playing Sho’nuff, the Shogun of Harlem, in the cult movie The Last Dragon.

Gang: Sho’Nuff!

I’ve barely been online of late as the seemingly never ending electrical storms have ensured my computer remained unplugged.
Last night I spent a few hours outside, catching a chill, trying to photograph the lightning.

These are probably the most dramatic of my efforts.
